Initial Stage selection, Unit progress, AI feedback, credits and Stage promotion exams follow separate processes. Here is how the system currently works.
New learners review S1–S4 samples, choose a suitable passage and answer three comprehension questions. The system records the chosen Stage and number correct. The three-question result is guidance; it does not automatically change your choice and is not a proficiency certificate.
Learning Center displays published Units in your current Stage. Units that have not been reviewed or given a publication date do not appear in the normal learning list. Placement in a Stage does not mean all its Units are ready.
Read the passage, complete comprehension questions and vocabulary; complete Listening when audio is available, save Writing responses where tasks exist, and save a recording for each assigned Speaking task. Then select Complete Unit to record final progress.
Saved Writing and Speaking recordings remain available in the Unit. Compare your work with a provided sample when available and practise again to improve your expression.
Learning tasks and the Complete Unit button remain available. AI feedback is generated only when you actively choose evaluation beside a saved answer or recording.
Read, answer questions, save writing and recordings as usual. You can review provided answers or samples and complete a Unit without requesting AI evaluation.
Copy the prompt beside a saved response and use it with your chosen AI application. For Speaking you can download and attach the recording in an app that supports audio. Copying does not call Sinh Hub APIs.
When you select a button showing its credit cost, Sinh Hub evaluates the Writing response or Speaking recording and displays results in the Unit. If you do not select it, no evaluation is requested.
Writing: 20 credits per saved response · Speaking: 30 credits per saved recording. The applicable credit cost per request is shown on the button before you confirm.
New members receive 200 credits from the Welcome to Sinh Hub · 200 Credits campaign after registration and email verification during the promotion. If an evaluation request fails and the system produces no result, the credits deducted for that request will be refunded.
Completing Units does not replace the Stage promotion exam. The system provides registration and grading when approved exam forms become available.
The application button opens when the Stage has at least two approved exam forms and you have completed at least ten distinct Core Units in your current Stage. If the exam bank is not ready, applications are not accepted.
After applying, start the exam to receive one unseen passage and ten related questions for your current Stage. Answer all questions and submit for grading.
Each exam has 20 questions. A score of at least 80% is required to enter the next Stage. If you do not pass, your current Stage remains unchanged. Submitting the same exam again cannot advance you to another Stage.
